Kylie Minogue VV Question

I heard Kylie signs better VV, so I want to try her through a venue
I wanted to send her when she came to Belgium last weekend, but the venue she performed in, doesn't pass on fanmail...
So since I only have some stamps from the us (from successenvelopes where the stamps didn't get cancelled) my next (and only option) would be be sending to her VV in the US...
Can someone please tell me at what place I would have most luck?

Or can I send through her agency? I have some 8x10 I really want her to sign
