Hi,

I would like to write Via Venue to Britney Spears who is performing at the Honda Centre in California. She will be there performing on June 24th. My question is, how long before this date should I send my letter to her. Two weeks before? or more? and my 2nd question, is it ok to send IRC's or should I get US postage stamps?

I would personally use stamps rather than IRCs to make it easier for whoever is sent out to post it back to you, but it's probably not critical for someone with as many people working for her as Britney Spears.
