Does NY state fair pass on fanmail.
I was thinking of doing bruno mars (august 31st, 2011)
I heard they pass it on, and i heard they don't. DO THEY?!!
and if so, have you had any success from mailing the NY state fair?
ANY EXPERIENCES?! & DOES NEW YORK STATE FAIR PASS ON FANMAIL?! PLZZ ANSWER!!
