The Hobbit "Part 2"

I have seen on Elijah Wood's IMDB page,that he is filming the second part of "The Hobbit". The via venue is the same for "part 1" and "part 2"? IMDB sais the filming location is in New Zealand.
Please help!

Hey Everyone,
Just wondering, does anyone have any updates on this? It seems that I'll be unable to get Evangeline from the 'part 1' address judging by some people's commnets.
Does anyone know when and where part 2 will start filming and I can try her there?

It's the same address for part 1 and 2. I read in an interview that she would be in and out of New Zealand for the course of a year, so you might still get her at a later point.
