How far in advance of a concert would it be best to send a letter via venue? Thanks

I try and make it so it gets there two days before the concert

Yeah try and figure out the timing of the mail depending on how far away you are sending it, and I also tried to time it so that it got there the day before the show and 9 times out of 10 that worked. You don't want it to get there too early as most likely it will be forgotten or discarded, as well as too late. Best of luck!

would it be best if i sent the letters on the Mon if the concerts are on a Wed brist-Thurs birm & Sun manch sending from Bristol & with the concert on the Sun brist-manchester what day would be best,i cant seem to find mail times have been looking on google but it doesnt say anthing clear. Thanks

Generally first class mail should arrive 1-2 days after you post it (within the UK!). I'd advise to get it in the post 3 (maybe 4) days before the concert.
