Katy Perry UK O2 Arena vv? Britney Hungary Sport Arena vv?

Hi! 
I've decided to write to Katy Perry via venue. I do not want to use US vv addresses, because I live in Europe...and yeah So I'll use the O2 Arena vv address in UK,London...I guess. Do you guys zhink it'll be okay? Sorry, I have never sent things via concerts or something 
And one more thing: Have somebody ever had a request from Budapest Sport Arena (Hungary)? I would like to write to Britney...
