Hi.

I was just wondering if somebody could please help me?

I want to send some fan-mail to Rihanna and Katy Perry at the Liverpool Echo Arena AND MEN Arena. Before i write out the letters, i was just wondering if:

#1 Do Katy & Rihanna sign VV?
#2 Do both Arena's pass on fan-mail?

I've sent Rihanna a letter VV once like over a year and a half ago, but i only included, SAE, LOR and a picture and still had no reply.
