Roxette will come to Madrid on 18th november and they are going to performance in Palacio Vistalegre Arena.
I have the address of that place but when i should send a letter or SASE? maybe 2 days before?

I'd give it at least 4-5 days just to make sure it gets there. then just write on the envelope for the event staff to hold it until the concert date.

Two weeks is a bit too much. 7-10 days is better, because if you send it to far in advance they may lose it or misplace it.
