When to send VV??? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

I am sending a request VV to Demi Lovato for her concert in Chicago on Dec. 3, if I live in Chicago when would be the best day to send it??

I'm from the UK, when I send VV I always aim to get my request there for 2 days before the concert is due.
Not sure how long mail where you are takes, but I post out 4 days before the concert is due, and it takes 1-2 days for my request to get there.

If you live it Chicago then I would send it out November 30. Good Luck getting Demi - she is rare!

I'm sending a letter for BigTimeRush tomorrow, and it's supposed to be there December 3rd, so... tomorrow or tuesday probably.
Good Luck with Demi! I considered writing her again, and probably will with one of the Christmas concerts ;)
