If you know their going to be there on March 8th, I'd just get there early in the morning - like around 7:00am or so and just wait. 
Or you could talk with your local newspaper place and see if they'll be going out there to do a story on the event and find out when their going.
or talk to who ever is in charge of the Ballpark and see if they can tell you some more info. Best of luck!
