Your best shot is to check their websites individually and see if there's anything about fan mail. If not, make a phone call, send an email or comment on a Facebook page (which a lot of places have now). I think smaller venues are more likely to respond.

It is hard to find updated information about show/concert venues on this site, because the existing lists probably haven't been updated in a long time. Also, I can't find anything about the first one, except that it's a shopping center in California and not Missouri?
