Justin Bieber Via Venue HELP

I heard on 10/5/12 that Justin Bieber is going to perform at Save Mart at Fresno CA So, if I send fanmail should I send it before or after the concert??

Well, if you send it after, he won't be there to see or respond to it.
Make sure to send it out with enough time to get there before the concert and write "Hold Until (date of concert)" on the outside of the envelope!
