Jena Malone recently posted on twitter that she still has fanmail in piles from when she was 17 and that she isn't good with fanmail. You might be in for a wait.

Yeah I know I've sent her like 10 requests since 2006 lol that's why I wanna try vv via Mockingjay maybe it'll be successful

I haven't seen any successes from the set of "Catching Fire" and they have been filming already for a while. I would guess that the set isn't passing on mail because of how popular the main characters are.

Catching Fire has been finished filming for a while they did re-shoots right after the Oscars but that's about it.
