BLACK SABBATH (Via Venue - Australian Tour April/May)

Hello, can anybody help me with Black Sabbath???
I know that PERTH ARENA in Australia pass the mail to the promoters of the bands. I wrote them email with that question
But the question is - Are Black Sabbath good to fans and sign them anything TTM via venue??
It's about time to send it to Australia.. so I'm asking if they reply me autographs, or I lost money and time with it.
