Phoenix Theatre in London

Does The Phoenix Theatre in London (http://www.phoenixtheatrelondon.co.uk/) pass on fanmail to the stage actors? I tried looking on their website, but I can't find any contact information for anything other than tickets. I wish to send to an actor who is in Once the Musical. Does anyone know the contact information and if they accept? Thanks!

Yes. Now whether they sign it is up to the actor, obviously. So even if they do pass it on there is no guarantee.

Thanks for the reply. How would I address the envelope properly so it is passed along to the actor? I have the address to the theatre, but don't know who I should address it to.

It goes through a screening process. They receive it and I'm not sure at theaters but if you send to a movie set the venue gives the mail to their agent manager or assistant and if they deem it good enough to pass to the actor they do. Some ony take a certain number of pieces to sign so, it might be sure luck if they only take 10 pieces of fan mail to sign and you happen to be one of those.
