Really more of a DATE request than an address? (OitNB)

The address for Orange is the New Black is listed on the other VV forum, but does anyone know if there's going to be a third season, and if so, when it will start filming? Also, are they definitely done filming? I thought I had seen somewhere that they still had more to do and then the actress who plays Miss Claudette was in a car accident, so she couldn't work for a while.
