Walking Dead - same address? & when?

Hi! I'm looking to get some TWD autos for myself and a friend and I wanted to know if the address will remain the same as the previous seasons and when they will be starting to film season 6? I saw that it airs in February, so they must start filming soon, right?

I believe that the filming studio remains the same but they wrapped filming for season 5 a couple of weeks ago. You'll have to wait until they begin filming season 6 sometime between July and August

I figured it would stay the same but wanted to check. It was mostly the "when" part I was wondering about, which you also mentioned. Thank you!!!
