This is what I found so far:

Wood joins previously-announced John Hurt in the film, set to start shooting Jan. 22 for nine weeks in London and Oxford, England.

I am now on the lookout for an address as Ive found helpful data.

EDIT: I have contacted Film London and see where that takes us.

Film London said they are not involved with the film and to contact the production company. I am having loveryan (Angela and Eugenia) contact the company Tornasol Films only because I can't speak spanish well and the company is based in Madrid.

I will see if the girls can turn my complete english letter into spanish to email it to them

I find that pretty weird that the production company is based in Madrid. This will be filming in England and in and around Oxford so the company being based in Madrid comes as a little odd to me!!

Hopefully the girls can find something out.
