im just wondering if you can send to almost any arena when a band plays ? is it just like sending 8 x 10 in the mail ? write them a letter and send a pic/ the police is coming to vancover b.c canada soon im just wondering if we can get an autograph that way ? plz leave me info on how to do this ty ruffy
