One of the production company is based in San Diego, where the filming location is supposed to be.
You can try writing to this email and ask for a definite address and if they pass on fanmail or not:

I found the actual site for broken windows off the sightline Entertainment website.
You can look at it

On the site, under contacts it gives two different e-mails, but stuff for people that work for (and must work along with this film) in which you could try if you'd like instead of the one Josie posted.

I'm really not sure about filming dates or anything, so you may use the e-mail I posted in my last entry on this thread and ask if they have info about filming dates.
