You should write the address like this:
(Actor's Name)
'Untitled David Kohan/Max Mutchnick TV Project'
Warner Bros Tv.
4000 Warner Blvd.
Building 34R
Burbank, CA 91522
USA

Since this doesn't have an actual title for the TV as of yet, writing the "Untitled.." is appropriate.
