"Hamilton" Broadway cast

Have not seen anything from the cast on here. Anyone have success sending to the Richard Rodgers theater?
I tried one of the cast right at the start but haven't heard back. I do think I saw a request for playbill but the person was refused-I think they said they sell ones on their website.
