I'm not really sure I understand what your asking, but if its about the address you have written it correctly! Just be sure to include a photo to be signed and IRCs or US stamps (if you have to put on your SAE).

No problem. I just wanted to be sure I understood...your grammar is pretty good! Only If you have US stamps to put on the returning envelope will be it an SASE, otherwise be sure to include IRCs.

In all honesty, probably not, especially since Hilary isn't a very good signer. An SASE or IRCs really do help in the process and is always best when sending via venue. Possibly you can try getting someone to send you IRCs for either money or the stamps from where you are from.
