They are currently filming in Nikki Blonsky's hometown in New York. You can try contacting City Lights Pictures by using their e-mail on their page (on the left hand side near the top you will see e-mail):

They are filming in NY, so the NY would ultimately work. Using the e-mail was just to be sure they would pass on fanmail and are totally involved with the film.
