Yes, this is in Florida. To be honest though, I don't think your letter will arrive on time...
I would suggest that you send to another venue, since you are sending from overseas, I would send maybe 1 1/2 weeks before the performance date. In this case it ensures the safety of arriving on time and you could write something like (on the front of the envelope): "Please hold for Miley Cyrus until *tour date goes here*
