Dolly Parton Via-Venue Concert

I've just read that she is postponing her concert tour and that it will be starting in late April through March now.

Updated Tour dates. Check the link to Dolly's home page, in the previous post, and click on Tour at the top of the page. The new dates and locations are in there. Anyone wanting Dolly's autograph at a venue address can check her tour schedule and send to the nearest venue for convenience.

I just went to look up the number for the Patriot Center so that I could call and verify that they will pass along fan mail, and to my surprise I found another address showing the same concert????

Actually, meeses1 wasn't wrong per say. The address that member posted is the street address. The center must have an alternative mailing address? However, I don't see the address you posted, nightowl, on their center's website.

When I typed in the address in google I pulled up a site and then typed in Dolly's name and it said there was no such concert there. So then I typed in Dolly Parton Patriot center and I managed to find a site that had this "other" Patriot Center address, and when I scrolled down the page there was Dolly.

If you access the link I have above you will see what I mean. I have since managed to find a posting on the net that appears to show the first address with with Dolly as well. So now I am wondering why they show two addresses?

I just pulled up both pages again and according to the map it appears to be different buildings in close proximity. Look at these two maps and see what I mean:

It appears to be in a different place. Both these addresses show Dolly appearing. How odd is this? I will definitely have to call and clear this up.

lol hmm...yes, that's very interesting indeed. I hope you are able to contact them and figure out the proper address and what is up with the confusion. It's definitely the same place, but the addresses just don't seem to match up. I'm interested to see what they said.

Okay now this is really weird.

I put a post in here this morning explaining what I found out. Now I see it's not here anymore . . . ?!

I called them and asked why there were two different address showing Dolly. She said that as the university campus has expanded they are now using the 4500 address. She also said that if someone were to have sent to the 4400 address that it would be sent over to them at the 4500 address.

So either one will work, but use the 4500 one---if that is the closest venue to you and is convenient.
