I don't think they are filming yet. Its not currently listed on any of the cast names (Abigail, Cameron) IMDB pages yet. Sorry!

Filming has started now, cause there have been released some pictures of Cameron Diaz on set

IMDb has it's status as Script. Then it states starting in March 2008 filming in LA.
This info was last updated on January 30, 2008. "30 January 2008 Shooting will begin early 2008"
So I am not sure what is going on there.
