It's still listed in pre-production but it hasn't been updated since November 28, 2007.
Usually they list a production company and I can look them up and find more updated info but they don't even have that on the page.

Hi Kiddiegal,
It's very possible that this film has completed or very close to being done, as it will be premiered that the Toronto International Film Festival in September '08. I can't find anymore info other than that, sorry!
