Sending requests via venue means writing to a celebrity when they are appearing at/performing at any event or venue. There is no definate via venue address. They are only available from one day (min) to a couple of months (max).

Yeah, Miley's tour ended at the end of January.
She's supposed to be filming the Hannah Montana movie starting in May, but I don't know what the address is. I do know that it is being filmed in Tenessee and California.
But the Jonas Brothers are going on tour in the summer.
