Ross Murdoch Success - Commonwealth Gold Winner 2014

I've met loads of the big winners from Glasgow 2014, but one near the top of my want list was Scottish swim star Ross Murdoch. I headed into town this morning knowing there would be some of the elite athletes about to start the kids races, and it didn't disappoint.. meeting several like Haile, Edna Kiplagat, Tiki Gelani and Mike Shelley.

Surprise of the day was double 2014 medal winner Ross showing up. He famously took gold ahead of local favourite Michael Jamieson in the 200m Breast Stroke before taking bronze in the 100m equivalent.

He got absolutely mobbed in the Signing tent, but I managed to speak to him before the masses descended.
