I'm a photographer so I can get into shows and games and premieres with no problem but they don't like us asking for autos (since we're working), so I try to hook my mom or sister up with passes, and when I do they get some autos for me. The only ones I got myself were the Da Vinci Code cast because I stayed in the same hotel they. Beyond that I just met them and talked to them, and sometimes I was lucky enough to get a picture with them.

actually, the few people I met were not really celebrities since they're most of them cartoonists not well known outside Belgium, France or even Canada... so I met :
Florence Cestac, Buche, Monsieur B, Domas, Noë, Michel Shetter, Erroc, and Yannick.
I also met Rachida Brakni, a French actress.

How long do you usually have to wait to receive an autograph from an A-list star, please? Is that true that you have to arrive VERY early to get something?

You have to arrive QUITE early to get something from the A-listers!! I waited nearly 7-9 hours to see Orlando Bloom and Brad Pitt!! The earlier the better, and get as close to the front of the red carpet as you can!!
