Matt Dusk

Hiya guys! Those of you who are Jazz fans here might know Matt Dusk. He is an amazing Jazz player, only in his late twenties and has made alot of great albums.

However, the way I got his autograph was funny really. I was at the Toronto Zoo today since 9 with my family and we were all like roaming around and stuff, and in the Toronto Zoo 2007 Booklet, there was the notice of him playing the very same evening at 6:30! It was sad as I had been there since like 10 and it was like 4 by the time I left. However, at like three, I saw the whole band and such drive up with him and enter the staff area. At first of course, I didn't know what to do. But then I requested another good copy of the booklet and went upto the room and requested a staff member to send my request to him. She of course said no, because she was busy and all. When I went back and told my parents its time to leave, I saw Matt Dusk walk out of the staff room and was just walking away with a security guard. I ran upto him, scared the living daylights I think of the security guard (Considering I came from Behind) and requested Matt to sign my booklet. He kindly did so and said he could sign a better one after the show. I however had no energy left to stay . Man, I regret that LOL

But it was really great to meet him in person.

GREAT success!!! Not sure who he is, possibility that I have heard of him, but that was pretty neat how you had found out he was going to be there the same day as you, especially at the last minute!! Sometimes you meet people in the most random places...like a zoo! Congrats!

Actually, I had no idea he was even coming until I was in and had seen half the Zoo LOL
