They were having a Batista book signing later that day but you had to have a wristband to be guaranteed an autograph (after buying the book) so I went straight from work to the bookstore at 6 am and there was already a line.........bought my book got wristband and went to a Dodge dealership where Rey Mysterio was supposed to have a signing that day well I got there at about 9 am and was first in line (people started showing up around 930) so I waited there.......at noon they told us he would be appearing on Raw and couldnt make it so they were replacing him with Kane
(I was really happy to meet these guys though it might not look like it in my pics cause i had been up for over a day already and had just spent 5 hrs on my feet (no seats) waiting for Kane)
Went to the Batista book signing but you couldnt get a pic with him so that sucked.......He knocked out about 200 something autographs in 45 minutes
So after that me and my friend head to the hotel we think theyre staying at (cause its literally right next to the arena) and have a drink at the bar.....While were sitting there Jamie Noble walked up and after a couple minutes so did Finlay, Ricky The Dragon Steamboat, and Arn Anderson. They wanted to go out somewhere else so we gave them directions.
We decided to go get our camera out of the truck and see Vladimir Kozlov and Atlas Daboe (guys in developmental places not brought up to the big roster yet) and they signed for me and got a pic with both
Well we decided to wait up front and try to get Finlay and Jamie Noble when they came back (I had already met the other two) when a car pulls up and out comes Rey Mysterio surprisingly I recognized him with no mask and asked for a picture he said Im a lil tired then looked at me and said So do you and started laughing cause I was fallin asleep standing up so I said "Yeah thats what happens when you stand in line at a signing and the guy doesnt even show up
" He asked where I was in line and when I said first he put his stuff down and got a pic with me and signed a card
A couple minutes later Finlay and all them get back. Arn goes in first (he was the designated driver) then steamboat as Finlay is walking by I asked for a picture not really expecting one cause he usually doesnt take pictures but he was drunk and got one with me
me and my friend started saying wasnt Noble with them.......Then we hear him peeing in the flowerbeds and puked too. I couldnt resist asking him for a pic even though he was obviously wasted
I went to the truck and took an hours nap then when I woke up realized who else was in the parking lot and had to get a picture
About then a limo passed so we walked up and a couple of people got out then Batista got out he signed a card and 8x10 for me then took a pic with me but his friends were yellin something about them heading to the room so he wasnt looking at the camera. Oh well its still a pic with Batista
Later on at the gym got Funaki CM Punk and Tommy Dreamer but the batteries died on the camera (and they were new batteries)
