Win Butler from ARCADE FIRE!!

I was priveliged to attend Arcade Fire's Sydney show last night at the Enmore Theatre, and what a great show it was!! My mates and I were in the 2nd row from the front and I was lucky enough to touch Win Butler (the lead singer) when he came down to the barriers

Well, after the awesome show, my mates and I decided to wait around the back of the theatre to meet the band themselves in person, or at least catch another glimpse of them leaving. There were about 30 or 40 people who were waiting with us for about an hour before the band finally made their way out inside their mini tour van

I initially thought they were gonna drive off, but it stopped infront of us and Win Butler made his way out and signed autographs for everyone!! The other band members remained in the van with Win saying that he'd do the autographs as he's got the shortest name! He was extremely nice and thanked everyone for coming to the show!

I ended up getting my ticket signed, and am now having second thoughts that I should have asked him to sign the back of my iPod Nano too! :razz: I also wrote to the band VV at this venue, so I will let you know if I should receive anything back!
