The show is absolutely hilarious, and really suprised me.
My in person experience at this show is rather unique. Unlike my two attemts to meet the casts at Top Girls and Reasons To Be Pretty (see other posts here), it took four attempts to meet most of this cast. I also started this months before seeing the show, knowing how hard it would be to meet them all.
The first attempt was in October, after the first preview. I met Sutton Foster, who plays Inga. Ironically, this meeting happened on the same night I met her brother Hunter Foster after seeing his show. He was playing the lead in a musical based on Mary Shelley's original story about Frankenstein!

The second attempt came in January. I missed most of the cast, but not the biggest of them. I was lucky enough to meet Megan Mullaly, who plays Elizabeth. To this day, I am still in shock over this meeting. I loved Megan on Will and Grace, and she is 10 times as silly and ditzy in this show. She is going to be a great loss to this cast when she leaves on August 3.

The third attempt came after seeing the show. I lucky enough this time to meet the show's lead, Jon Patrick Walker (who has done a brillant job filling in for an injured Roger Bart). I also met Fred Applegate, and several of the show's ensamble.

The fourth attempt came later in the night. I was hoping to meet Andrea Martin, who plays Frau. I was unsuccessful in meeting Andrea, but I did finally get to meet Shuler Hensley. He plays the monster, rather brillantly.

Through these meetings, I was able to get a playbill signed by each of these cast members.

I am only half way through the experiences from my NYC trip. Next up, I meet a three time Oscar nominee!
