OLIVER CAST - ROWAN NOW ONLY SIGNING OLIVER STUFF

Got to the stage door, with the intention, not to get Rowan but other cast members. Got to the Stage Door to find a notice (see scan) basiclly sating rowan will now only sign 'oliver' related items. I feared this would happen but I am happy as I got mine all done in previews. He wont even sign autograph books/paper, stricty items available for sale in theatre such as programmes and posters and flyers too. It isnt all bad, you can still get his auto which is the main thing but just maybe not on what you would like. A signed Oliver poster would be grat I think.

Anyway I did get Rowan on my Ticket just in cse he stops signing altogether but also got the brilliant Julian Glover (Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade/James Bond and Julian Bleech (Davros in Dr Who). I asked Julian hpow long it takes him to get into make-up etc ready for Davros, he said about 1 hr-90 miutes, I was really suprised, the makeup is so incredible I thought it would take hours. Mid you technology etc has improved since the days of Mrs Doubtfire.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. I assume it;s Rowan's request and not the Theatres.

That sign says "priority" to Oliver items, not "only" Oliver items though

Yah, thats what I thought but its vey missleading, when someone presented Rowan with a photo, he himself said 'I can only sign Oliver irems, sorry'. You may be in luck before a show but that is getting very hard now, good luck if you try, by all means do try.

This doesn't surprise me in the slightest - when I was there on Saturday there were tons of dealers shoving their stacks of 10x8 in Rowan's face!

I'm going to take a DVD cover, but I'll buy a programme too, hoping to get a photo with him too, but not overly hopeful on that one. Fingers crossed
