Yesterday I went to the Board of Reviews Awards. The only person that signed on the way in was George Clooney who I didn't have anything for. We came back later when the press was gone. Morgan Spurlock (director of Super Size Me) was standing outside smoking. I recognized him and started talking with him about the Simpsons 20th Anniversary Special which he directed. After we chatted, he walked over to shake my hand and sign for us. He also did photos with. Ben Foster came out over five times during the awards. Jeremy Renner came out to smoke while talking with Sam Rockwell. Lee Daniels (director of Precious) came over to sign. Zoe Kazan came out and signed. Michael Douglas signed when he left. Gabby Sidibe signed a few while her publicist kept saying no. George Clooney came out and signed for everyone. Vera Farmiga came out and also signed for everyone. I got her on my Departed photo. Peter Sarsgaard and Maggie Gyllenhaal didn't sign (Maggie said she had to go home to their kid). Morgan Freeman walked by while talking to everyone, but didn't sign. Ellen Burstyn came over to sign a few. Anna Kendrick came over to sign on the way out. Some girl gave her a dead black sharpie and irritated all the graphers. I got her to complete my dual with Clooney, but didn't want my 2nd photo signed with the dead sharpie. The director of The Messenger, Oren Moverman came over to sign. Ethan Coen shook his head when asked to sign. Carey Mulligan came out and went straight over to me. She signed my photo and I congratulated her on winning the NBR Best Actress Award. Carey thanked me and signed for everyone. Also got Jason Reitman on a Juno mini poster. A bunch of other people signed that I didn't have anything for including Lake Bell, Wes Anderson, and Hunter Parrish.
