4am - Wake up and gather my stalker kit. This time, it consisted of my laptop, 'House On Haunted Hill' double-sided pre-theater-release poster, camera, a silver sharpie (had to buy a new one since Alan Rickman stole mine when I met him at this very theatre!), a black sharpie, and a handful of index cards (just in case, y'know?)
8am - Leave the apartment. Got to the train station at about 8:30
9:45am - Hop on the train to Philly's 30th St. Station
10:30am - Get to 30th St and wait for the Megabus
11:30 - 1:30pm - Smooth ride to NYC
1:45-2:20ish - Subway to DeKalb Ave in Brooklyn
2:25 - The waiting begins at the stage door!
5pm shows up, and so does Mr. Rush! I'm the only one there, so I had high hopes. I asked him if he could sign my 'House on Haunted Hill' poster, to which he said "sure!" We went through the stage door so he could have a flat surface to write on. I asked him to personalize it and write the perfect quote on there... He did!

I asked him for a picture, and he agreed! While we were taking the picture, I asked him the million dollar question.
"Mr. Rush, when a fan sends you mail, do you reply to it, or does somebody else?"
His answer? "I do."
So, in case any of you had any doubts, there you have it from the horse's mouth!
Oh, here's my picture with him!
