Nokia Theatre LA live - how to get IP

Ive heard of people getting alot of IP's outside Nokia Theatre live as they pull up. Anyone know where the spot it?
Alost of them in LA or OC are tough but I obviously found the smaller venues and how to meet them! Thanks in advance.
