This is proabably dumb question, but I've always wondered: How do people get to see the actual movie?
I always thought people were there just screaming and looking for autographs, but do people actually get to see the films?
I'm very happy if someone could answer me :>

Yes, many movie studios DO give out free tickets to go inside and watch the movie. There are several sites on the internet that offer the premiere tickets for free BUT it is always on a first come first serve basis. Also if you do have tickets to get inside the premiere it is very hard to get autographs or take pictures with the celebs. I personally do not like going inside the premieres at Grauman's Chinese Theater and Mann's Village Theater because it is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get an autograph if you are inside and they also do not allow cameras. I always prefer to be outside if the premiere is held at any of those 2 theaters. I only prefer being inside a premiere if it is held at the ArcLight Theater because they do allow cameras. All of the photos on my website http://www.megscelebrityhangout.com/ that I have with celebrities where it shows that I am inside the theater were taken at the ArcLight, the ones where I am outside were taken at Grauman's Chinese Theater or Mann's Village Theater. But like I said, personally I have been way more successful waiting outside.

i'm going to london in july 16th and I'd love to go and see if could catch even a glimpse of daniel radcliffe! i have to keep checking this site to see where the premiere of HP 6 is being held - and if I could enter some contest to win tickets to see the movie!

It's WAY too early for anything like that. Maybe mid-June or something like that there will possibly be chances to win tickets, but I don't really know how things work in the UK.

Hello, I was wondering what happens if it is scheduled to rain during a movie premiere. Do they reschedule the premiere, put up tents, or just leave it as it is? Any help is appreciated

Hi smartcollegeguy,

If it rains they will have the premiere as is. They won't reschedule or put up tents (as far as I know) as these premieres so you will have to make due. Celebrities may still rain in the rain, as long as they have umbrellas or something, but bad weather definitely slims your chances of getting anything as usually they will just want to quickly get inside where its dry.

No, I wouldn't suggest you do that. The celebs aren't at the venues very long and it would be then nearly impossible for mail to get to them.
