My 2 week long slump was broken the other day FINALLY by Joshua Jackson X2

Saturday I got 1 from Radha Mitchell, who I can tell already, is going to be HORRIBLE to try & get. That was my 2nd time going for her already, and she didnt even want to sign this time...but begrudgingly slapped down the "R~" autographs that she gave us before hurrying away. Shes been here 2+ months, and has so far signed MAYBE 7 autographs total, despite being asked several times now.

Been awhile since I had an alright day.

Despite a film unit (Red Widow) literally filming right beside my house yesterday, I went looking for other sets Had a relatively decent day. Something I havent had in quite awhile.

Despite the seemingly good numbers on the OUAT set, I can say with fair confidence, the average person going to that set wont be getting much of anyone. Their security guy is quite strict about keeping fans at a distance from the cast & it really is only the fact we developed a rapport with him when he 1st got the gig that he "allowed" us to even have a chance to get anyone. The days of going to the Once set & meeting everyone that was there that day is over. The crowds got too big late last year & they hired security, and now, theyve really gone overkill with keeping the cast away from people. This set went from "nicest" last year to "sorta hard" in less than a year. Ontop of that, the bodyguard has coerced those who never before would have, to personalize everything, not in blue, only 2 ea maximum etc.... when they actually DO come over to sign, which is very rare now.

As for the Arrow set. SO FAR, pretty good. Amell actually asked the crew "do they need me right now?" & when they answered no, he spent several minutes signing & chatting with the regulars. Colin Donnel was just as good. Even the generally less receptive Katie cassidy was very accomodating last night. It will be interesting to see how they are by season 2, after seeing the turn around a show like Once Upon A Time has had so quickly.

Jared was returning from a Supernatural convention where they are contractually handcuffed from signing till the end of the day.. even if they are in a different city, hell, country even. But there was luck on my side, while his partner Jensen Ackles strolled thru around 11:50 PM, Jared, who was with his wife & kid didnt stroll out till about 12:05 AM

I followed them out to the vehicle waiting for them, since they were detoured out a side door. As he got closer, I displayed the items & asked if he could sign, he took a quick look at his watch and said sure (obviously making sure it was after midnight & no longer Sunday). We chatted for a couple minutes, and I said to him "guess theres no chance to get Gen right now eh" & in an instant, he called over his wife who had their baby in 1 of those baby slings that hang off you. She then signed for me, I was introduced to their baby, Thomas, and they were then on their way.

I actually went out there expecting to get denied because of their midnight rule on convention dates, but luck was with me last night.

I was hesitant to do more than 1 because the 1st time I met him, he was kind of an ass. So I didnt expect him to do 4, but my buddy that I was there with who I helped get some of his items done said "he'll sign 4 if hes in a good mood". I didnt believe him, but sure enough he did. He was exceptionally pleasant yesterday. A near 180 from the 1st time I met him during the pilot.

For the 1st time in so long, I literally have forgotten the last good 1, there was a gaggle of Hollywood talent coming in on the weekend flights for once. Saw Justin Hartley, Joshua Jackson and those that I asked to sign below.

We had a great chat with her about a plethora of things, partly about how security on set might at times be doing more than was asked of him. They hired a security guy late last season & hes been becoming more & more "involved" in making decisions for cast that are, for the mostpart, unaware of & unneeded.

After getting him the other day, I felt a little more at ease having 4 for him, and again he happily signed, and happily showed off his "I voted" sticker that he waited in a 5 hr line to obtain yesterday.

Just as Matthew was signing, JMo rolled by, so I had to speed walk outside to catch up to her. I was the only person who did catch up.

Shoulda taken my RHCP suceesses and called it a trip yesterday

For about 10 hrs or so of trying, pretty unimpressive day.
