I met him October 5th. He was in Princess Diaries and in the band Rooney. He was so sweet!!! Had to be the nicest person so far I have met besides Alyson Stoner!! I met him at the Virginia fair grounds. His band played with Drake Bell. Drake was so rude! Also he only played 3 songs....... Anyways I am now a huge fan of Rooney!!
