Mary Badham (to Kill a Mockingbird) In Person Success!

this weekend, Mary Badham who played Scout, and was nominated for an Academy Award, was in St. Louis as part of a week long festival celebrating To Kill A Mockingbird. She presented the movie 3 different times, hosted Q and A sessions, and signed Autographs and posed for pics. She does charge 20 dollars for her signature on any item, but was incredibly sweet and gracious. Signed my To Kill a Mockingbird DVD.
She is out of the film business she says, and lives somewhere in Virginia. Tried to get additional contact information, but the line to meet her was quite long.
Am very happy with this one. TKAM is one of my all time favorite movies, though she was only 8 when she made it, and her memory is a bit fuzzy about alot of it.
