saw The Pretenders on Friday night @ The Electric Factory here in Philly and security took about 15 of us backstage that waited out in the lot after the show... The whole band singed my setlist, Martin signed both front sides of our tickets and Chrissie Hynde signed just the backside of the other! They said we could take a picture but we didnt bring a camera because we knew how temperamental she is with them! It was still great to meet them!

Great job! I can't tell you how many autographs I've gotten at the Electric Factory. When I got Chrissy at the Tower Theater a few years ago they forbid us from taking photos. Security said if we took any photos then Chrissy would stop signing and leave.

I am thinking of going for Pretenders this weekend.Is Chrissie nice?? Did she actually take photos for other fans?? I want to go but if she is moody I might not go.I've had my share of moody stars and it tends to put a damper on your day.

Awesome success! I got Martin Chambers last October, he was very nice. I didn't get Chrissie Hynde, but she signed for a bunch of people. She was a bit reluctant to sign, but came over because Martin walked over to us.

Whatever you do, DO NOT bring a camera in for the show! She will stop in mid song to yell at people....

And pictures when she signs is usually a no-no, but they were letting people take one picture per person with the whole band. I recommend if you are just out back and she is signing DON't take pictures. I kinda feel like if you play by the rules you will be fine.
