EASTENDERS

Today I made my 1st ever trip to Elstree to wait outside the studios where my favourite soap, "Eastenders" is filmed. I heard that most of the cast drive in and lots of them stop thier cars to sign/pose for pics on the way in and out.

I have no idea how to stop people in the cars though without doing something stupid like jumping in front of the car, I just stood on the pavement, I wonder if I should have waved, shouted out or whatever but I nee some further advice here.

I did however get a few successes from actors out by foot on thier lunch break

WHO I SAW DRIVE IN AND OR OUT IN THIER CARS (REALLY WANTED THEM) It was so annoying for them to be just so close but so far

Nina Wadia and Nitin Ganatra who came out together and I had an excellent photo taken with them both. Very ahppy to get Nina's auto as I have written to her twice without reply. Nitin was so funny.

Once I know how to get the attention of people who drive who are happy to sign and pose I will go again

Great successes Benedict well done! What times do the cast tend to arrive/leave/have their lunch breaks? And does Elstree film only during the week?

The cast seem to come and go for thier lunch between 12 and 3 but whenever you go you will probably see someone arriving, some of the cast seemed to leave and not come back so maybe not every day is a long filming schedule for everyone. I have been told a lot of th people I saw today, do stop in thier cars to sign, but like isaid in my original post I dont know how and need advice here before I go again.

I would love to try with someone else waiting with me.
I dont think they film weekends but maybe they do on Saturdays!
