I have heard Van Der Sar is the best

They are normally hideous signing (at least when not playing at home), I've been for them once and got Ronaldo and Van Der Sar.

If you can get to a good spot in the players entrace after the match (you have to leave before the end of the game) then you have a half-decent chance of getting something. You could try before the match too but the chances of anything are slim.
