I went with my friend to Letterman where we waited for Quentin Tarantino. Tarantino came in before 4 pm and crossed the street to sign one each for everyone. I got him on my 8x10 poster shot. I went with a couple grapher friends to the Eli Roth poster signing at Forbidden Planet downtown. They gave out free posters of the movie and Eli personalized each one. He was one of the nicest guys, he saw me holding a photo so he asked me if I had pictures for him to sign or for Tarantino to sign. I told him I just got Tarantino and he replied, "Really? Wow where?" I told him I got him at Letterman and he signed my 8x10 poster shot inscribing "The Bear Jew." I also got a photo with him. He told us which cast members were going to be at the screening when we asked him.
We went down to the screening and here's who arrived:
- Melanie Laurent (real nice, signed my large poster and 8x10 poster shot. She signed for everyone, also got a photo with her)
- Christoph Waltz (also very nice, signed my poster and 8x10 poster shot while admiring the photo, "Wow nice photo!", also got a photo with him)
- Eli Roth (thanked him for the posters at the end of the red carpet and he winked at us)
- Gina Gershon (didn't sign on way in)
- Emmanuelle Chriqui (didn't stop)
- Emma Roberts (no one asked)
- Terrence Howard (no one asked for an autograph, but we called out to him and he waved)
- Diane Kruger (got her on my poster when she left, very nice once again)
