Ray Davies (The Kinks) success!

Saturday night I met one one my musical heroes, Ray Davies. I've seen Ray probably 7 or 8 times and only once had I met him very briefly.
I tried to get him after the sound-check but he had a car waiting and headed back to his hotel until the show started. After the show we waited about about an hour until he came out. There were about 20 people there and Ray signed for everybody. I got him to sign a vintage 1960's electric guitar. The only down-side of the night was not getting a photo with him.

Ray's my first "big-time" autograph, I got him in person and VV!! He's such an awesome guy!
