Yesterday I has thrilled to meet British acting legend, Richard Briers, star of THE GOOD LIFE, PETER PAN, MR BEAN, DOCTOR WHO and MONARCH OF THE GLEN, plus lots more!

Richard is currently in rehearsla for what is said to be his last stage appearacne in show, LONDON ASSURANCE at the National Theatre. Richard was very kind an patient to sign my Picture of him as Smee in Peter Pan and pose for a photo with, A TRUE LEGEND!!! When he saw my pic he said "Peter, bloody Pan", if youve seen the film you will undertsand why.

One of my fav successes, so happy.

not atall, glad someone finally replied LOL!

Its pretty good collecting there, pretty much like any theatre; wait at the stage door 2 hours before Richard's performance and you are guaranteed to get him.

good luck

Richard signed for me after the show, he comes out around 10.30 to get his taxi home. A really nice guy as has been mentioned before. I got Simon Russell Beale too but have missed Mark Addy and Fiona Shaw on two occasions. I have notied before at the National Theatre that actors can take ages leaving at the end of the show. I was lucky to get an auto from Sir Donald Sinden, however, as he was meeting Simon after the show. I was delighted with that success.
