Martin Lawrence was doing a comedy show here in town and I was supposed to go with a friend of mine (had the day off and everything) but my uncle passed away so my friend figured I wouldnt wanna go to the show with her since the funeral was the same day and gave my ticket away Well I decided after the funeral and stuff I would try and get his autograph later in the day and took my Bad Boys 2 dvd and had it in the car for later: Well turns out the reception after my uncles funeral was at a hotel. I pulled up and there were two big tour busses out side, one of my cousins came running up to me and said DUDE Martin Lawrence is here hes leavin in a couple minutes so I went out and got my dvd and when he walked by I asked him to sign it. He was super nice (a lil shorter than I thought though) but the whole time I had forgotten my camera was in my pocket. I went in and spent time with the family and when I went back to the hotel bar I passed Martin again as he was going to get lunch and asked for a pic







Well I had volunteered to cater Martins show (the restaurant I work for was in charge of catering it) and so since they wouldnt have to pay me for that they were cool with it. I realized I had like 3 hrs before I had to be there so I went and got a drink at a lil club aroumd the corner from where Id be workin in all the excitement of meeting Martin I hadcompletely forgotten Malcolm jamal Warner (theo from the cosbys) was doin a jazz concert at that club one of the band guys told me to come on in and sit thru soundcheck and when it was over he asked Malcolm to take a pic with me
